2. Service Overview
Altra AI Solutions provides AI-powered voice call answering agents designed to manage incoming calls, book jobs, provide information, and integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., ServiceM8, SimPRO, calendars).
Each AI is customised to suit your business operations and workflows.
3. User Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:

Provide accurate and up-to-date information during onboarding

Use the AI in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations

Maintain confidentiality of any passwords or API credentials

Ensure that any integrations with third-party tools comply with their terms of use
You are responsible for the content and accuracy of any information provided to the AI.
4. Fees and Payment

All fees will be clearly outlined in your service agreement or invoice.

A one-time setup fee may apply to custom-build and train your AI.

Ongoing subscription fees are billed monthly or annually depending on your plan.

Late payments may result in service suspension.
All prices are in AUD and inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel your service at any time with written notice. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Setup fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.
We reserve the right to terminate services for breach of these terms or misuse.
6. AI Limitations
While we strive to ensure high-quality and natural interactions, our AI agents may not handle complex, emotional, or sensitive calls with the same nuance as a human.
You acknowledge that:

AI responses are based on programmed logic and training data

Some scenarios may require human follow-up

We are not liable for any loss resulting from miscommunication or misinterpretation by the AI
7. Data & Privacy
We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our service, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of data (including call transcripts and recordings) for the purpose of delivering and improving our services.
We take reasonable steps to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted online.
8. Third-Party Integrations
Our service may integrate with third-party software platforms (e.g. ServiceM8, SimPRO, Cliniko, Google Calendar).
You are responsible for maintaining those third-party accounts and ensuring integration access.
We are not responsible for any downtime, data loss, or errors caused by those third-party services.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, software, and training models used in your AI call taker remain the property of Altra AI Solutions unless explicitly stated. You are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to use the AI for your business.
You may not reverse engineer, reproduce, or resell our services without written permission.
10. Support and Updates
We offer ongoing support, performance reviews, and AI refinements as part of your subscription.
You agree to allow occasional system maintenance, during which short service interruptions may occur.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Altra AI Solutions is not liable for:

Loss of profits or revenue

Indirect or consequential damages

Data loss or corruption
Our liability is limited to the re-supply of services or the refund of amounts paid for the affected period.
12. Changes to Terms
